Whatever you write goes up. We publish one star reviews next to five star ones in the same list, in the order they arrive.
What happens next
A person reads it before it goes live. They are checking two things: that you have not accidentally shared private health details you would not want public, and that it does not contain a medical claim we are legally not allowed to repeat. They are not checking whether it is positive, and they will not edit your words.
If something went wrong and you want it sorted rather than just recorded, call us on (207) 544-4643. Leaving a review and getting a problem fixed are different things, and you are welcome to do both.
