First, you may have us confused with someone else

If you searched our name and found a 2.5 star rating, or reviews that read like people describing a job rather than a clinic, you were looking at Med-Metrix. That is a healthcare billing company, and the low rating you saw comes from its employee reviews on sites like Indeed and Glassdoor. It is a different business in a different industry and has no connection to us. Our rating is 4.8 stars from 190+ patient reviews on Google, and every one of them is published on this site.

There is also a study app called MedMatrix that sells to medical students, and a company called Matrix Medical Network. Search engines mix all four of us up, so the results you get for our name are often not about us at all.

We do not bill insurance. New patient onboarding is $1,500. That covers the 80+ biomarker blood panel, the InBody 770 body composition scan, provider prep time and a 60 minute consultation. Follow-up visits are $275. You can use HSA or FSA funds, and we accept CareCredit.

Saying that plainly matters, because not knowing it up front is the single thing our unhappy patients write about most.

What people complain about

We would rather tell you than have you find out from a forum. Of the 12 critical reviews that include written comments, the most common theme by some distance is cost versus insurance, raised in 9 of them. People paid for a panel and felt their own doctor could have ordered something similar through insurance. Some also felt the cost was not clear enough before they booked.
